TERI is seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to bring your clinical expertise to TERI's Choices for Adult Learning (CAL) and Country School programs, with flexible part-time options based on program needs and your availability. You may support one program for approximately 14 hours per week or combine both programs for approximately 28 hours per week. The BCBA provides clinical oversight and behavioral support within TERI's CAL and Country School programs. The BCBA is responsible for assessment, behavior support planning, data analysis, treatment development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with staff and families to support positive outcomes. Whether you're looking for a focused part-time opportunity or the ability to build a larger schedule across programs, you'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven organization committed to meaningful outcomes for the individuals and families we serve. If you're a BCBA looking for meaningful work, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you. Apply today!
