They are hiring BCBAs to join their team, emphasizing manageable caseloads, strong team building between BCBAs and BTs for sustainable service, and full in-house support for BCBAs to focus on quality of services. Requirements
- NY LBA is required.
- You must live in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).
- Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
- Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
