About The Position
Kids First is expanding its services and is currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team at the Amherst/Buffalo Clinic. The role involves leading a team of Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA services to children aged 3-18. Kids First emphasizes manageable caseloads, strong team building between BCBAs and BTs, and comprehensive in-house support for BCBAs to focus on service quality. The company is committed to supporting clinicians to help children and families thrive.
Requirements
- NY LBA is required.
- Must live in the Buffalo area.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
- Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
