About The Position

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an In-Home position. This role focuses on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the client's natural environment. The BCBA will have the opportunity for continuity and depth of collaboration through direct daily engagement with clients, families, and a dedicated clinical team. The position involves overseeing and implementing programs with full support from operational teams and systems, allowing the BCBA to concentrate on client-centered care and progress. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Ability to deliver exceptional ABA therapy
Willingness to focus on client-centered care and driving meaningful progress
Commitment to assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
Ability to work with a dedicated clinical team
Willingness to engage parents in therapy through monthly parent training
Ability to maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
