- BCBA certification

Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, in-person weekly supervision to a dedicated team of therapists in home, school, and/or community settings.
- Leading parent training sessions that focus on functional, meaningful success for the whole family.
- Overlapping sessions to ensure our naturalistic, play-based philosophy is being executed with heart and precision.
- Participating in leadership meetings where your voice directly shapes the growth and excellence of our agency.
