About The Position

Opal Autism Centers is hiring a full-time, in-person, center-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The independently owned organization describes its BCBA experience as focused on clinical quality, sustainable workloads, operational support, and long-term clinician growth. BCBAs receive dedicated scheduling, operations, administrative, and clinical leadership support so they can focus on client outcomes. The center-based early intervention care model serves children ages 2–6 and emphasizes assent-based, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, individualized ABA that prioritizes learner autonomy, emotional safety, and dignity. The BCBA maintains clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations, conducts treatment-integrity observations and protocol modifications, supervises and collaborates with caregivers, and maintains accurate, timely, audit-ready documentation. Compensation packages are individualized based on certification tenure, experience, location, and organizational need. Potential transition support may include relocation assistance, sign-on or retention incentives, assistance with previous employment-related financial obligations, and contingent offers for future BCBAs preparing to sit for their certification exam.
