Bond Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.
Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, child-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children in an ABA setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs.
Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Technicians.
Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Provide direct behavioral services when appropriate.
Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development across environments.
Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.
