About The Position

CABA (The Center for Applied Behavior Analysis) is led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized leader in ABA. The organization serves clients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on older children, teens, and adults navigating complex needs such as autism, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. CABA offers the BOSS® program (Behavioral Operational Support Specialists) for real-time, executive-level clinical support. Caseloads are capped and intentionally built. This role respects the investment made in becoming a BCBA with clear boundaries, reliable support, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA® certification
  • Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
  • 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
  • Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Three professional and two personal references

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with severe behaviors preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients on average, with time built in for treatment integrity, data review, and supervision
  • Support RBTs® directly in-session, with a focus on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
  • Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions without sacrificing clinical standards for speed
  • Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed
  • Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and, if desired, clinical research projects

  • Base salary: $82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience
  • Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000
