About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team. ABT currently offers services in Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Maryland, serving families in centers, homes, and schools. Both full-time and part-time BCBA opportunities are available, with sign-on and relocation bonuses offered. The company provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, utilizing qualified BCBAs who combine their expertise with innovative techniques to enhance clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. BCBAs deliver personalized treatment plans with compassion in various settings including homes, schools, and state-of-the-art centers.

Requirements

  • Valid BCBA Certificate
  • Experience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
  • Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.

  • Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Design treatment plans of care
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
  • Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
  • Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
