Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team. They aim to create an environment where employees can think big and have fun, with the goal of ensuring staff love what they do. The company is dedicated to the professional growth and personal happiness of its staff, striving to foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace. A strong back office team provides significant support, allowing BCBAs to concentrate on their core tasks with reduced administrative burden. ABT currently offers services in Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Maryland, serving families in centers, homes, and schools. Both full-time and part-time BCBA opportunities are available, with sign-on and relocation bonuses offered. Above and Beyond Therapy believes BCBAs should have the necessary back-office support to provide quality care without burnout, be led by individuals who prioritize client and staff interests, work in a positive and friendly environment, have access to mentorship and training for skill development, experience a high level of collaboration with an emphasis on growth, and enjoy flexible work hours with a focus on work-life balance. The company provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, utilizing qualified BCBAs who combine their expertise with innovative techniques to enhance clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. BCBAs deliver personalized treatment plans with compassion in various settings including homes, schools, and state-of-the-art centers.
