About The Position

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day, you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth. A true multidisciplinary team under one roof - OTs, PTs, SLPs, and social workers working together to provide holistic, relationship-based care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
  • Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
  • Coach and support caregivers as true partners in the process
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students, shaping the next generation of clinicians
  • Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team
