Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Wheaton
About The Position
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day, you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth. Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
- Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
- Coach and support caregivers as true partners in the process
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students, shaping the next generation of clinicians
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team
