About The Position

Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for home-based positions. We focus on quality care over quantity and offer a true flexible schedule for both full-time and fee-for-service roles. Full-time positions include a $2,000 stay-on bonus. We provide billable case planning time, manageable productivity and caseload expectations, and free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through ACE provider events, including monthly Journal Club, Monthly Ethics Workshop, and Quarterly Expert Speaker Series. We offer individualized supervision focused on professional goals and skill advancement. Full-time employees have a weekly billable minimum of 26 hours, including planning time. Northeast Family Services is a rapidly growing and well-regarded organization.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework.
  • Hold current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB.
  • Hold current LBA preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A compassionate approach to care.
  • Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments.
  • Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
  • Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available).
  • Access to high-speed secure internet required.
