About The Position

Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for both Full Time and Fee For Service positions, offering a true flexible schedule. The role involves collaborating with caregivers, team members, and stakeholders to provide high-quality care to clients, developing innovative and compassionate treatment plans, and making a measurable difference in the lives of families. The company offers at least two CEU events per month, a monthly Journal Club, a monthly Ethics Workshop, and a Quarterly Expert Speaker Series. Staff who participate in all offered CEU events can meet the BACB's CEU requirement for BCBA recertification at no cost. The positions feature small, manageable caseloads with ongoing support from the ABA Clinical Leadership Team, access to individualized supervision focused on professional goals and skill advancement, and a full-time weekly billable minimum of 26 hours (including planning time). Northeast Family Services is a rapidly growing and well-regarded organization that offers true schedule flexibility and autonomy over scheduling decisions. A $2,000 stay-on bonus is available for Full Time positions.

Requirements

  • Have a master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
  • Hold current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
  • Have a minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
  • Have a valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A compassionate approach to care
  • Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
  • Proficient with word processing and graphing software
  • Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

  • Access to high speed secure internet required

Nice To Haves

  • Hold current LBA preferred
  • Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
