About The Position

Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for both Full Time and Fee For Service positions, offering a true flexible schedule. The role involves collaborating with caregivers, team members, and stakeholders to provide high-quality care to clients, developing innovative treatment plans, and making a measurable difference in the lives of families. The company is an ACE provider offering regular CEU events, journal clubs, ethics workshops, and expert speaker series. They emphasize small, manageable caseloads with ongoing support from ABA Clinical Leadership, individualized supervision, and a commitment to professional growth. Full-time positions have a weekly billable minimum of 26 hours, including planning time. Northeast Family Services is a rapidly growing organization that values flexibility and autonomy in scheduling.

Requirements

Master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
A compassionate approach to care
Proficient with word processing and graphing software
Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

Access to high speed secure internet required

Nice To Haves

Hold current LBA preferred
Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred

Responsibilities
