About The Position

At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
Balancing clinical work and administrative tasks.
Determining when telehealth is clinically effective for the client and BT.
Supervising cases.
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
