As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
  • Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
  • Supervising cases and empowering behavior technicians.
  • Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
  • Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
