About The Position

At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. We are reimbursed based on outcomes, not just the number of sessions delivered.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
  • Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

  • Ability to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
  • Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
  • Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for you.
  • Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

  • Up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus
