Requirements

Active BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization
Balance in-center support with remote clinical work and team collaboration
