About The Position

At Treetop ABA, we've created an environment where BCBAs can focus on delivering excellent clinical care while receiving the support, flexibility, and respect they deserve. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days on-site at our Savannah, GA center and 2 days remote per week (for those living over 50 miles from the center). The salary range is $87,000-$105,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends and flexible scheduling. Requirements

  • Active BCBA Certification (required)
  • Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • A compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
  • Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
  • Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
  • Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices
  • Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care
  • Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
  • Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs
  • Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
  • Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
