Salary: $90K–$110K + Monthly Bonuses Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Albuquerque, NM Clinic Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! Two brand new incentives for full-time BCBAs! Student loan repayment and a fully paid 3 week Sabbatical! Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
• Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices

• Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential
