About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Telehealth role. This position allows for remote work while leading in-home ABA services virtually. The role involves partnering with families and technicians to provide high-quality care. The Telehealth BCBA will have periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria. The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, typically averaging $1,000/month. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
  • Proficiency in using technology for remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Experience with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
  • Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
  • Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field

  • Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
