About The Position

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the Trenton/Southgate location. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on clinical excellence and achieve a true work-life balance. Our play-based model emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and includes client field trips. We also encourage high parent involvement, with live viewing of therapy sessions available. This position is primarily in-clinic, with one hybrid day per week. We are the largest and fastest-growing autism treatment franchise in the U.S., founded by an autism mom and driven by purpose. Unlike corporate-run ABA companies, each SOS clinic is individually owned, prioritizing quality care over profits.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Maximum caseload of 12 full-time clients or 32 billable hours per week
BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, HR tasks, or handle insurance
Two weeks of initial training from the corporate office (may require travel to Houston for 1 week)
Full billing transparency
No non-compete agreements
No training payback agreements
