About The Position

As a part-time BCBA, you’ll have the opportunity to provide clinical care while maintaining the flexibility you need. You will work directly with children and families in home, school, and community environments, developing individualized treatment programs and helping clients build skills that transfer into everyday life. Do meaningful work while maintaining flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA)
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, & communication skills.
  • Comfortable providing supervision & mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
  • Collaborative, compassionate, & committed to quality care.
  • Strong understanding of ethical & evidence-based ABA practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a center-based clinical environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth & development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, & oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results & client needs.
  • Conduct assessments & use data to develop treatment goals.
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, & feedback to RBTs and BTs.
  • Monitor client progress & make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, & other providers to support skill generalization.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training & support.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation & ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, & ongoing professional development.
  • Promote ethical, compassionate, & high-quality ABA services.
  • Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes & team development.
