About The Position
Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout the Salt Lake City, Utah area. This flexible part-time opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You'll work directly with children and families in their homes, providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Utah Behavior Analyst Licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Salt Lake City area
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists
- Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed
- Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements
- Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
