About The Position

Solara ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team on a part-time basis. They are committed to providing compassionate, individualized ABA services that empower children and families across Utah. This role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, providing parent training, monitoring client progress, completing clinical documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary providers, and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards. The position is home-based with flexible part-time hours and offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • AZ licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent training and caregiver support
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards
