At Cortica, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) utilize a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. BCBAs are leaders who foster a supportive environment for a transdisciplinary team, making a meaningful, long-term impact for families by providing neurodiversity-affirming care with flexibility and support. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs). Cortica distinguishes itself by offering a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that goes beyond traditional ABA practices. This includes a holistic, multidisciplinary model of care involving experts from occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and more, to address the whole child. The company emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans and prioritizes quality over quantity, with reimbursement based on outcomes rather than just the number of sessions.
