About The Position

This role focuses on clinical excellence, providing direct access to quality and training teams for mentorship, ensuring top-tier capability through Vineland scores and monthly clinical peer reviews. The position offers the opportunity to work in a clinic setting with peer BCBAs, providing autonomy and variety to utilize clinical skills for achieving positive clinical outcomes. HHF also prioritizes the well-being of its clinical team through a fellowship program with a high pass rate for the BCBA exam, requiring RBT certification for all Behavior Technicians, offering three weeks of PTO, and ensuring manageable caseloads for Clinical Supervisors to provide adequate support.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State Licensure where required
  • ABA experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
