About The Position

At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
  • Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
  • Supervising cases.
  • Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
