About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Outpatient Behavioral Treatment team. This position provides an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who wants to deliver high-quality behavioral services while enjoying a flexible hybrid work schedule, opportunities for additional compensation, and meaningful professional growth. Enjoy working 2 days in the clinic and 3 days providing services through telehealth.

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Ability to meet applicable Virginia licensure requirements, including LBA requirements where applicable.
Experience providing ABA or behavioral health services.
Strong clinical documentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to provide services both in person and through telehealth.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and other appropriate behavioral assessments.
Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior treatment plans.
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services consistent with client needs and treatment goals.
Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
Modify treatment interventions based on clinical data and demonstrated outcomes.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to assigned behavioral health staff, as applicable.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, healthcare providers, and other members of the treatment team.
Provide caregiver training and support to promote treatment consistency across environments.
Complete clinical documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
Maintain compliance with applicable professional, ethical, licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement activities.
Maintain productivity and billable-hour expectations while prioritizing quality and ethical service delivery.
Utilize telehealth technology effectively to provide accessible behavioral health services.
Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and ongoing development.
Perform other duties as assigned.
