Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Experience providing ABA services and clinical supervision
  • Experience with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
  • TB clearance and successful background screening

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
  • Monitor treatment integrity and client progress
  • Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions
  • Conduct caregiver training and parent education
  • Complete progress reports and required clinical documentation
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and monthly clinical meetings
  • Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and support
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
