About The Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to children, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professional growth. The position involves direct client work, supervision of RBTs, and active participation in a team-based approach to therapy. The company utilizes proprietary tools for progress measurement and treatment planning, aiming to provide a supportive environment for clinicians to practice evidence-based interventions and advance their careers.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Licensed in IL and in good standing
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
  • Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Co-treat live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on the same cases

Responsibilities

  • Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
  • Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
  • Run your own assessments and intakes
  • Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
  • Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
