About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position involves improving the lives of students through exceptional behavior analysis services, focusing on their success in school and beyond. The BCBA will provide high-quality services aligned with students' IEPs/504 plans, conduct evaluations and assessments, write reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in behavioral intervention, and supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- State BCBA License
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and writing reports to determine strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
- Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
