As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. Cortica offers a holistic, multidisciplinary model of care. Our team includes experts from a wide range of fields—occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and more—allowing us to address the whole child and deliver more integrated, effective care. We collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans that empower everyone involved. Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for you.
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
