Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. The Tampa Bay Girls Academy is a secure residential commitment program serving high-risk and maximum-risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling. As a BCBA, you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.

Requirements

Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensed in the state of Florida.
Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
