About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our fun and growing ABA clinic in Plymouth, MA. We offer full-time or part-time positions with center hours Monday-Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Full-time employees can expect a yearly compensation between $85,000-$102,000, which includes a base salary and a monthly bonus structure. Hourly rates are available for part-time positions. Full-time team members will receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. We provide comprehensive benefits packages for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, and paid CEUs. Part-time benefits packages are also available. Our work environment is center-based, located in Plymouth, MA. We focus on consistent 3-hour 1v1 sessions for deep clinical impact and maintain sustainable standards with 25+ billable hours. Requirements

  • Current and active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services.
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provides essential supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Analyzes data and adjusts treatment plans to foster meaningful progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines.
  • Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations.
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations.
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers.
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators.
  • Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR.
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics.
