Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
Balance clinical work and administrative tasks, with up to 50% of the role being remote.
Determine when telehealth is clinically effective for the client and BT.
Supervise cases with autonomy over schedule.
