As a BCBA, you will oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in children's lives. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
  • Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
  • Balance clinical work and administrative tasks, with up to 50% of the role being remote.
  • Determine when telehealth is clinically effective for the client and BT.
  • Supervise cases with autonomy over schedule.
