Cortica is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment. The BCBA will lead and support behavior technicians within a transdisciplinary team, using a strength-based, holistic approach to care and collaborating with families, caregivers, and clinicians to develop individualized care plans. The role offers a hybrid schedule, with remote flexibility for clinical and administrative work; telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. The position averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, while administrative teams provide scheduling, billing, and credentialing support. Advancement opportunities are available through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22 hours to support leadership development and broader professional interests. Compensation is listed as $95,772–$120,545, with productivity incentives and an ABA caseload bonus that may add up to 10% of monthly salary. The posting also offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
