About The Position

Wall Therapeutic Solutions is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services to children and families. The clinician will design and oversee individualized treatment programs, conduct assessments and treatment planning, supervise and mentor ABA staff, and partner with caregivers and stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid and remote-friendly work environment, flexible scheduling, clinician choice over caseload size, paid continuing education, and collaboration with a close-knit clinical team. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to program development and professional growth. Employees are mandated reporters of abuse and neglect for individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Virginia licensure through the Board of Medicine, or ability to obtain licensure.
Passion for ethical, compassionate, and family-centered ABA services.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated clinician able to work autonomously while collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
Conduct assessments, reassessments, and treatment planning.
Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to ABA staff.
Partner with caregivers and stakeholders through training and education.
Collaborate with fellow clinicians during monthly ABA team meetings and case consultations.
Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plan updates.
Review and approve behavior technician session notes.
Participate in the continued growth and development of the ABA program.
Report suspected abuse or neglect as a mandated reporter.
