About The Position

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Behavior Analyst / BCBA in Chester County, PA! This is an independent contract position and a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team, serving clients throughout Chester County, PA. BCBAs may work during school, after-school, or evening hours depending on County program needs, offering flexible scheduling for work/life balance. The Behavior Analyst / BCBA is responsible for writing and monitoring individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). They also provide assistance in developing adaptive skills, behavioral consultation to families and/or schools, train Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs) on therapeutic interventions, and write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA). Cases are typically authorized 2-3 hours per week per client, with the potential to build a caseload of multiple clients.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active
  • Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
  • BCBA (active)
  • PA Behavior Specialist License (active)
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738
  • TB screening - current within 3 months
  • Professional Liability Insurance

Responsibilities

  • Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders.
  • Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills in order for the diagnosed child to take a more positive role in the school, home & community setting.
  • Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and / or school.
  • Train the Behavior Health Technician (BHT) on appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).
