SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care offers a hybrid work from home schedule. The role is responsible for the day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases. This includes creating appropriate programming for clients based on evaluations and needs, providing support using ethical practices, and maintaining clinical requirements for client supervision according to insurance, community mental health, and Gateway policies. The position involves leading and mentoring technicians, meeting with treatment staff for case management and training, and exercising independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols. The role requires determining effective techniques for treatment plan implementation, conducting client assessments, designing and maintaining treatment programs, and overseeing accurate record-keeping. Encouraging parent/caretaker engagement in parent training, preparing for and attending client educational meetings like IEPs, and developing treatment recommendations are also key responsibilities. Maintaining certification through continuing education units (CEUs) and attending required trainings and conferences are necessary. Client privacy must be maintained in accordance with HIPAA and Gateway policies. The role requires cooperative and courteous interaction with internal staff and external stakeholders, including school personnel, outside service providers, and others. Maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions is expected. The position reports directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
