SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care offers a hybrid work from home schedule for its clinical team. The Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) will be responsible for the day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases. This role involves creating appropriate programming for clients based on evaluations and needs, providing support with ethical practices, and maintaining clinical requirements for client supervision according to insurance, community mental health, and Gateway policies. The BCaBA will lead and mentor technicians, collaborate with treatment staff for case management and training, and exercise independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols. They will determine effective techniques for treatment plan implementation, conduct client assessments, design and maintain treatment programs, and oversee accurate record-keeping. Additionally, the BCaBA will engage parents in training, prepare for and attend client educational meetings like IEPs, and maintain certification through continuing education units (CEUs). Compliance with trainings, conferences, and colloquia, as well as HIPAA regulations and Gateway policies, is essential. The role requires cooperative and courteous interaction with internal staff and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
