About The Position

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for their McDonough, GA location. Key responsibilities include caregiver engagement, supporting caregiver training sessions, participating in parent support groups, and maintaining professional communication with caregivers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Master’s or Doctorate degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
  • Active BCaBA certification required.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and ethical practice standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate clinical findings effectively.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening.
  • Willingness to Sign Company NDA, including revisions thereafter.

  • Minimum 3 years ABA clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Practice only within scope of competence as defined by the BACB.
  • Receive and document required supervision from a qualified BCBA.
  • Defer final clinical decision-making authority to the supervising BCBA.
  • Support caregiver training sessions (97156) under BCBA guidance.
  • Participate in parent support groups (97157) when assigned.
  • Maintain professional and proactive communication with caregivers.
  • Other typical BCaBA activities.
