About The Position

Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is seeking Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) for Full-Time and Part-Time positions across Northern Virginia and Maryland. We aim to be an organization where clinicians are supported, heard, and empowered to do their best work, redefining how clinicians are supported, heard, and developed. BCaBAs at Alpha & Omega have a voice, strong clinical and administrative backing, and clear pathways for growth. We offer flexible schedules, with most availability needed in the afternoons/evenings.

Requirements

  • Active BCaBA certification (BACB) in good standing
  • Licensed or eligible in VA/MD
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Must be local

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Conduct assessments and update programming as needed
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance
