About The Position

As a BCaBA, you will deliver high-quality ABA therapy, support clients, and supervise Behavior Technicians. Requirements

• BCaBA certification
• Ability to train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs
• Skills in developing and modifying behavior intervention plans
• Proficiency in collecting and analyzing client data
• Experience in collaborating with BCBAs for data-driven decisions
• Ability to engage families through communication and parent training
• Understanding of assent-based, child-centered philosophy

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
