About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join their team at their centers. In this role, you will deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a structured, collaborative environment designed for learning and growth. You will support clients and supervise Behavior Technicians, with mentorship provided for career advancement. Requirements

• BCaBA certification
• Ability to train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
