About The Position

At Autism Center of Excellence, our mission is to help children with autism achieve independence and gain confidence by providing best-in-class ABA services. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing clinical team in Fayetteville, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCaBA who wants to expand their clinical skills, work alongside experienced behavior analysts, and build a long-term career with an organization that values professional development and quality care. As a BCaBA with Autism COE, you will work under appropriate BCBA supervision while helping support treatment quality, direct-care staff, families, and meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing required
• Bachelor's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Ability to practice within applicable certification, supervision, state, and payer requirements
• Previous ABA experience required
• Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based ABA services
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Experience supporting, training, or providing feedback to BTs/RBTs preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision
• Analyze client data and assist with data-driven treatment recommendations and program modifications within your scope of practice
• Provide clinical support, training, and feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct observations and support treatment integrity and quality of care
• Assist with caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and members of the clinical team
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Support ethical, evidence-based ABA practices and positive client outcomes
• Participate in clinical meetings, training, and professional development activities
