About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCaBAs. This role is located in Cameron, NC and offers a collaborative multidisciplinary team support environment. We are a therapist-led organization with strong mentorship and clinical support, offering opportunities for career growth and program development. Requirements
- Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
- At least a Bachelors/Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities
- Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
- Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
- Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
- Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
- Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
