We seek a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) to join our team and provide behavioral support at various school sites. The BCABA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans and evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies for students with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and other support needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with school staff, district behavioral teams, paraeducators, and BEAM staff to promote positive student outcomes and ensure consistent implementation of behavioral programming. This position requires strong communication skills, flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting students in educational settings.
