About The Position

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for an In-Home position. This role focuses on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment, fostering collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team. The BCaBA will oversee and implement programs with support from operational teams, focusing on compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. Requirements

  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential
  • Ability to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Skills in training and mentoring Behavior Technicians and RBTs
  • Experience assisting with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing client data
  • Ability to collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven treatment decisions
  • Experience engaging families through communication and parent training
  • Commitment to an assent-based, child-centered philosophy

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing BCBA credential

  • Familiarity with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
  • Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
  • Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
