About The Position

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for an in-home, in-person role. This position focuses on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment, fostering collaboration with clients, families, and a dedicated clinical team. The BCaBA will oversee and implement programs with support from operational teams, ensuring a focus on compassionate, client-centered care and meaningful progress. Requirements

BCaBA certification
Ability to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Skills in training and mentoring Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Experience in developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
Proficiency in collecting and analyzing client data
Ability to collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven treatment decisions
Skills in engaging families through communication and parent training
Commitment to assent-based, child-centered philosophy

Responsibilities
