Center-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
About The Position
Centria Autism is hiring a center-based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, support clients, and supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs. The role is based in structured, collaborative centers designed for learning and clinical teamwork. Centria describes its approach as assent-based and child-centered, with an emphasis on practical functional assessment and skills-based treatment. The position includes mentorship from experienced BCBAs and Clinical Excellence Leaders, as well as guidance for employees pursuing a BCBA credential. Centria also provides operational support for logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding, and offers CEU opportunities and professional development support. The listed base salary is $75,000–$85,000, with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average $1,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs on data-driven treatment decisions.
- Engage families through regular communication and parent training sessions.
- Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
